My Journey to Bloom
For me, wellness has never been just a profession—
it has been a journey.
My path began more than 25 years ago when I became a mother. Wanting to better understand how to care for my family, I began exploring nutrition, natural wellness, homeopathy, and holistic healing. That curiosity eventually led me to open a vitamin shop and share my knowledge with others.
In 2015, my own wellness journey became deeply personal after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and experiencing significant health challenges. Exploring holistic and naturopathic approaches opened the door to a more intentional way of caring for myself.
Then, in 2016, I began experiencing my spiritual awakening—a journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation that continues to shape who I am today.
During my journey, I found myself drawn to meditation, mindfulness, energy work, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through my energy healing practice, I’ve also become more aware of my own intuitive gifts. What began as subtle feelings and inner knowing gradually became stronger as I learned to quiet my mind, trust my intuition, and become more present with the energy around me and others.
Buddhist philosophy and principles are also a deeply meaningful part of my journey.
These principles have taught me the value of slowing down, meeting each moment as it comes, releasing what I cannot control, and approaching both myself and others with greater compassion. These philosophies are woven into the heart of how I live, and how I practice.
The journey inspired me to create Bloom —not simply as a wellness studio, but as a community.
My vision was to create a peaceful, welcoming space where people can step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, explore their own wellness journey, and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
Whether you come for Reiki, a sound bath, meditation, yoga, a workshop, or simply a moment to breathe, my hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, connected, and at home within yourself.
I believe there is no single path to wellness and healing. We each have our own story, and sometimes we simply need a safe space, a supportive community, and permission to slow down.
I’m honored to share this space and this journey with you.
You don’t have to become someone else to bloom. You simply need the space to become more fully you.
Welcome to Bloom. 🌿
